In southern Africa the Eriocephalus africanus (also known as Cape Snowbush & Kapokbos) grows mainly in the Namaqualand, Western and Eastern Cape. This beloved indigenous plant was traditionally used by the Khoisan (and early Cape Settlers) as a mood enhancer and relaxant. Cape Snowbush has an invigorating effect and acts as an antidepressant, also relieving feelings of stress, anxiety and anger. It is able to aid with hair growth, letting go of negative emotions and with breaking addictive patterns. It is further used to protect the body against infections, expelling toxins from the body, treating coughs & colds, relieving spasms (muscle, respiratory, digestive) and soothing headaches. 
 
Narcissus Jonquilla, the Rush Daffodil, calms the nervous system and promotes sensual awakening. This precious floral oil is able to create a feeling of exuberance, tranquility and security.
 
Madagascan Bourbon Vanilla is gorgeously suave, sensual, and warm. This oil is such a gift for body & being. It is also a marvellous antioxidant, both regenerating and purifying for your body. Derived from the fragrant vanilla bean, Madgascan Bourbon Vanilla absolute oil's rich, gourmand scent is known to evoke feelings of relaxation, happiness, and well-being.
 
Aloe Vera is an emollient, moisturising, nourishing, and soothing agent and exhibits wound-healing properties, promotes the fast regeneration of inflamed, and irritated skin tissues. A powerful anti-inflammatory, both cleansing and& antiseptic.
 
Aloe vera provides our skin and hair with a lot of the vitamins and mineral elements essential to their good health. Known to combat hair loss and dandruff. Celebrated for its regenerative & firming properties,  Aloe vera tonifies your skin tissues and helps alleviate the appearance of wrinkles, leaving your skin smooth and energised. Although very penetrating, Aloe vera creates a film on the skin’s surface protecting against wind, salt, sun or dirt particles. The gel also coats and protect your hair making it easy to detangle, bringing volume and shine whilst purifying & soothing scalp and roots.
 
*** Please note, this product must be shaken before use, after much labour experimenting with natural solubilisers I made the decision to not use them. Even a raw bio-based, completely natural, solubiliser is a surfectant which is disturbing to the skin barrier. I have preserved this product lightly with a natural preservation system approved by ecocert for use in Organic skincare. 
 
* You will note that Benzyl Alcohol is listed in the ingredients, this is not at all the same as denatured alcohol. Benzyl Alcohol is found naturally in plants, it is a fatty alcohol and safe for skin.
